Like many young men I started at the gym to pack on some muscle and gain some self-confidence.
When I started out I didn’t have a clue what I was doing but I stayed determined and worked hard each day. Over time I began to research different training methods as well as diet manipulation and applied them to what I was doing. Slowly, I began to see changes.
Do I have all the answers? No.
So I continue to do my work and research endlessly to better help my clients.
